Aunkai

Aunkai is a set of exercises compiled and created by Japanese master Akuzawa Minoru. Aunkai is stripped down to develop a particular body frame and body use that develops internal strength for martial arts. The exercises themselves develop a frame in the body, strengthening the connections between the extremities and the spine so that whole body power is accessible and movement efficient.
